At Defocs, we create and sell digital products such as illustrations, clipart, and design assets. Because all our items are delivered electronically, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the download link has been accessed.
❌ No Refunds on Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once files are delivered, they cannot be returned, and we are unable to provide refunds.
✅ Exceptions (Rare Cases)
We may offer a refund only in the following rare situations:
- You purchased the same product multiple times by mistake
- The files are corrupted or incomplete, and we’re unable to fix the issue
- There was a technical problem that prevented you from receiving the product
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your:
- Order number
- Email address
- Explanation or screenshot of the issue
