4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

As our products are digital:

  • All sales are final
  • Refunds will only be granted if:
    • You were charged more than once
    • The file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement

Contact us at support@defocs.com within 7 days of purchase to request a refund. Include your order number and issue details.
